How far far back can you claim PPI

14 October 2009

As with bank and credit card charges, you can only go back
six years from when your claim is registered. This figure
has been agreed by the Statute of Limitation and therefore cannot
be contested.
To claim your PPI claim through us, we simply need a
signed Authority Form returned to us. We will then apply
for statements on either your Loan or credit card and make a
calculation how much you are owed. If we find that
the PPI was mis-sold, we will aim to gather the full premiums
and debit any future premiums against your remaining balance.
