My bank charges claim was frozen , what can I do now?

All bank charges claims have been frozen since July 07 by the 

Financial Services Authority. However if the Supreme Court 

decides that charges do come under the fairness rules and the 

OFT has committed to what they level of fairness is, then 

laims will be reopened.

If you have registered your claim then you have to 

wait for decisions to be finalised.
