We operate a genuine no win no fee policy*. This means if we don’t win your credit card charge case you don’t pay a penny.

Once you have accepted an offer on your claim for credit card charges, and you have been paid out by your bank, we will invoice you for our 20% + VAT (24% in total) fee which is payable within seven days, by cheque, postal order or credit/debit card.
