What happens next?
We will acknowledge your complaint in writing within seven working days. Our customer relations department will look at your complaint and respond appropriately. If we then do not hear from you within three weeks, we will assume you are happy with our response and close your file.
In the unlikely event that you remain dissatisfied, we will pass your complaint to our Customer Relations Manager for a final decision.
You always have the right to refer your complaint to the Claims Management Regulator, The Ministry of Justice:
