Of course, you are free to pursue a claim to recover your payment protection insurance payments yourself; however, the process can be very frustrating and requires perseverance. We will only invoice you when all your PPI premiums and interest have been agreed and refunded. The fee that will be taken is 25% + VAT (29.375% in total) of the compensation paid back to you.

In the case of loans, we are typically able to get back the PPI charges as long as the loan was active within the last six years. For PPI on credit cards you can only reclaim the last six years worth of charges, due to what's called the 'statute of limitations'; and technically the date this starts is when you submit a claim. It is therefore crucial that you send in your mis-sold PPI claim to us immediately
